Chief Operating Officer (Remote)
We are seeking a mission-focused, seasoned, strategic, and process-minded leader with experience scaling organizations, and developing a learning culture among a diverse and talented staff. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior executive with top-level people skills, and a proven track record of creative problem-solving, operational leadership, and financial oversight. They will join a group of successful mission-driven technology and advocacy organizations and help lead them to become even more efficient, effective and nimble.
- This is a full-time, remote, salaried position available immediately.
- Compensation is salary-based at $144,000 a year, plus benefits.

Paid Relational Digital Pod Director (Remote)
The Paid Relational Digital Pod Director will oversee the entire Digital Department for our ground-breaking 2024 Paid Relational Organizing Hub program. The person in this role can anticipate to have approximately 10 direct reports, all of which will be Digital Directors for each of our targeted states. They will also be the lead for the entire Digital Department currently estimated to be approximately 30+ individuals. This person will be responsible for coaching their team and ensuring that Empower Project meets our ambitious goals to meaningfully boost turnout for the 2024 general election.

Tech Generalist (Remote)
Our Engineering Department builds and maintains a mobile app and website to make organizing easier and more powerful. This role will support the team by completing tasks such as QA/Testing, front-line support, operational tasks, collaborating with Product on designs, user interviews, drafting help content, and some smaller coding tasks.
